Upon entering, please request wheelchair access via the ramp. The ramp is accessible from the rear of the building, facing the parking lot. The parking lot does not have designated disabled spaces. The courtyard surface and access to the ramp are paved.<\/p><p>At the entrance door, there's a short ramp and an intercom at a height of approximately 140 cm, through which you can announce your arrival and request assistance in opening the door. Security and exhibition staff are available to assist you. The ticket office and information desk are located on level 0 of the building. Museum visitors with assistance dogs can access all areas of the building accessible to visitors.<\/p><p>Each level of the building can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The elevator features tactile and Braille-printed buttons. Exhibition staff are available to assist visitors during the elevator journey. The elevator is wheelchair-friendly, and there are no thresholds or uneven levels between rooms.<\/p><p>Most restrooms have specialized handrails and an emergency call system. The door closers on all restroom doors may pose a challenge for people with mobility impairments. The building lacks ramps, platforms, voice announcements, or induction loops. Glass doors are marked, while the first and last flights of stairs are textured for visually impaired users. Information boards are available throughout the building, some of which are accessible to people with disabilities.<\/p><p>Office workers and exhibition supervisors underwent training on supporting people with visual disabilities, entitled \"The World of Touch and Sound Without Secrets\" and \"Help Sensibly\", organised by the Chance for the Blind Foundation.
