THE ARCHITECTURE OF A LEAF
During this workshop we will engage ourselves in the analysis of the variety of the structures that can be found in the surrounding reality. We will look at them closely and will see how they were built. We will check if it is possible to find in their structure some repetitive rhythms, and if it is, we will examine their shapes. We will also look for similarities between the structures found in the nature and the man-made constructions. We will examine if a leaf can remind of a pebblestone or a piece of building's architecture. Or maybe something completely different?
THE DYNAMICS OF SYSTEMS
A structure brings to our minds an organized and static system. During this workshop we will realize that it can be the other way round – structures can change, develop, evolve into other forms and make new stories. We will look closely at plastic, dynamic structures we will be allowed to extend and modify ourselves.
