We would like to invite all seniors to afternoon meetings with contemporary art. The two-hour classes will include a tour of the exhibition and an exchange of opinions over a cup of tea.
Dates of meetings:
10.03, Saturday, 1–3 PM
14.03, Wednesday, 1–3 PM
In March we are going to visit the exhibition Standby Painter – a project prepared by Israeli artist Amir Yatziv in cooperation with Belgian painter Guy Slabbinck. During the meeting we will ponder the significance and status of contemporary artworks using several examples, including Claude Monet’s Beach in Pourville, which was once stolen from the National Museum in Poznań. In the practical part the participants will work in groups to draw up a list of artworks they would like to own.
Detailed information about the subjects of future meetings will follow soon.
The assembly point is on level 0, next to the ticket office.
Please inform us about your willingness to participate three days before each meeting at the latest
by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
