How to warm up a winter afternoon?
Go for red!

During the winter holidays, we’d like to invite families with children aged 6-12 to two online workshops.

10.01.2021 SEARCHING FOR RED #1
start at 1:30 PM

Inspired by the exhibition Red. Exposure to Colour, we will be looking for the different functions of this colour. We will check where the colour red can be found and together we will prepare an ephemeral work of art – an edible one!

Before the workshop, prepare selected items from this list: apples, tomatoes, peppers, pomegranates, strawberry and/or raspberry jams, red spices, rosehip tea, plates and cups.

Workshop led by: Ignacy Oboz.

17.01.2021 SEARCHING FOR RED #2
start at 1:30 PM

This time we will be looking for red in works from the museum collection, in particular Painting in the Snow by Józef Hałas. By introducing various red elements to our room, we will find out how our perception or mood will change.

Prepare: red ribbons and strings, fabrics (there can be red clothes, blankets, towels), glue, adhesive tape, scissors.

Workshop led by: Ignacy Oboz.
