We invite children from 4 to 11 years old and their parents to participate in the video and online workshops.
6.12.2020 IT WAS, IT IS AND IT WILL BE / video workshop (PL)
During the workshop we will learn about the unique projects submitted by artists who participated in the Wrocław ‘70 Visual Arts Symposium. Working with the map of Wrocław, we will discover interesting locations and then prepare original works of art for them.
Before you watch the video, prepare: crayons, markers, ink (or acrylic paint), glue, waste paper, scissors, a ruler, printouts of various locations in Wrocław (link to download the file) and a printout of the map of Wrocław (link to download the file)
Workshop led by: Ignacy Oboz.
The workshop is part of the Wrocław 70/20/70 series of educational activities, carried out as part of the Wrocław 70/20 Symposium – a grassroots programme celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Wrocław ‘70 Visual Arts Symposium.
Co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund, financed from surcharges for the games under state monopoly, in accordance with art. 80(1) of the Act on Gambling of 19 November 2009. Purchase of works for the MWW collection was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund.
13.12.2020 TAKE OFF INTO THE FUTURE / workshop in Polish on the ZOOM platform
Inspired by Zuza Golińska’s exhibition Red Giant, during the workshop we will consider how the Sun and Earth will change over the years and how these changes will be influenced by human activity. We will create original cosmic installations. To make them, we will use round items that can be found at home.
The number of participants is limited. Registration is open until 10 December, 4 p.m.
Please inform us at least three days in advance about resignation from participation in the workshop. This is the only way for participants entered on the reserve list to be able to take part in the workshop.
During the workshop, children are looked after by their parents, who also participate in the workshop activities.
To participate in the workshop, you will need a computer with a webcam and microphone and connection to the internet. You will receive a link to the meeting two days before the meeting.
Before participating in the workshop, prepare: glue, pieces of paper, scissors, strings, unneeded items of a round shape.
