Programme of Sunday Family Workshops
– February 2021:

14.02.2021 PERSONALITIES OF THE COLLECTION #5 KRIŠTOF KINTERA / online workshop, start at 1.30 PM

Artist Krištof Kintera combines familiar items to create new objects and new meanings. During the meeting, we will take a closer look at the work I Can’t Sleep, asking ourselves who and why is asleep in the space of the Private Mythologies. Marta’s Birthday exhibition. Then, using selected items, we will create original artistic events that we will photograph with the help of parents.

Before the workshop, prepare: paper and pencil, cup, spoon, teddy bear/doll, blanket, chair.

To participate in the workshop, you will need a computer with a webcam and microphone and connection to the internet. You will receive a link to the meeting two days before the meeting.

21.02.2021 STAR DUST / online workshop, start at 1.30 PM

During a virtual tour of Zuza Golińska’s exhibition Red Giant, we will closely examine small elements making up some of the featured objects. We will together reflect on the significance of the Sun for humans. Inspired by the artist’s works, we will use colour powders to depict various stories from the life of the Sun, asking ourselves the question: will the Sun disappear one day and what will remain after it?

Before the workshop, prepare: Holi colour powder, colour sand or plain sand and poster paint, rice, groats, glue, A3 sheets for technical drawing.

Workshop led by: Małgorzata Rzerzycha-Myśliwy.
