- A PLN 10 discount ticket is available to:
- students of primary, secondary and artistic schools
- students of teacher training institutions and colleges of social services workers
- students and persons pursuing doctoral studies who are citizens of Member States of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area,
- persons over 65 years of age, retirees, pensioners, social pensioners and disabled persons with guardians (there can be only 1 guardian per disabled person), who are citizens of European Union Member States
- teachers of primary schools, secondary schools, art schools, universities, teachers of educational institutions and educators of care and educational institutions, correctional facilities, shelters for minors and diagnostic and consultation centers operating in the Member States of the European Union, (upon presentation of appropriate documents confirming the right to relief).
- Family ticket PLN 25.00 is valid for families consisting of 1 or 2 adults with a maximum of 3 children up to 15 years of age.
- A group ticket of PLN 12 is available to each person visiting the museum in a group of not less than 15 people, - admission for 1 group guardian is free of charge, each additional guardian is entitled to a reduced ticket of PLN 10.
- A special ticket of PLN 3 is available to each student in a group of at least 5 people (group supervisor - free ticket) from the following universities in Wrocław:
- Academy of Fine Arts Eugeniusz Geppert in Wrocław
- University of Wrocław - Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences
- Wrocław University of Science and Technology – Faculty of Architecture.
- Free ticket is available to:
- children up to 6 years of age

- war invalids and repressed people
- members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM)
- members of the International Association of Art Critics
- employees of cultural institutions, including employees of museums and state art galleries
