Wrocław Contemporary Museum and Vertigo Jazz Club invite you to the musical finissage of the exhibition “Gordon Parks: I Use My Camera as a Weapon”.
On Monday, 21 August, at 7 PM the roof of MWW will become the venue for the concert of Darek Rubinowski Quintet, composed of
Darek Rubinowski (saxophone)
Marcin Elszkowski (trumpet)
Piotr Narajowski (double bass)
Bartek Szablowski (drums)
Grzegorz Ziółek (piano).
The programme will include a jazz concert inspired by Miles Davis’ music from the time of the First Great Quintet and his later work. The performance will also draw on bebop compositions.
This day will be the last chance to visit the exhibition “I Use My Camera as a Weapon”. Admission between 6 and 7 PM will be free of charge.
