The city slows down in August. It takes a few days off all the activities. Succumb to “sweet idleness”. Just like last year, you are most welcome to come to the roof of MWW.
We are going to listen to music, rest in deckchairs, have some drinks and candy floss. We may even go to the Moon!
Playing for you:
Marta Malinowska (Young Majli) is a radio journalist cooperating with Radio Wrocław, Radio RAM and RW Kultura. Throughout the week she encourages the listeners to discover interesting rhythms irrespectively of where they come from. It is not the genre that matters, but the idea and performance. She is an enthusiast of black beats, rhythm and bass. She is connected with the multitasking collective regime brigade, which she represents as a DJ, journalist and music activist.
Jakub Walczak (Popa Lalczak) is the originator and founder of the regime brigade collective. He often performs under its aegis as a DJ. He derives his musical inspirations from different genres, although his taste veers towards house and minimal music. He avoid labels; as he says, “what matters is groove, which triggers pure and unhindered desire to dance.”
