Vernissage: 1.6.12 (Friday), 1PM
International Children’s Day will be celebrated in Wrocław Contemporary Museum (MWW) by opening a guest exhibition of The First Student Applied Art Biennale. There will be around 100 works of the children and youth of Wrocław kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and high schools presented on the exhibition.
The Biennale is the last project in this school year that is realized within the program Young Citizens of Culture created in connection to applying for and receiving by Wrocław the title of the European Capital of Culture. The Young Citizens of Culture program postulates that the young citizens of our city will initiate the discussion about culture and creative action, the effects of which will be presented in the city space.
Creative and inspiring works of young inhabitants of Wrocław can be seen on the 5th level of MWW in Aviaries between 1st and 18th of June 2012. You are more than welcome to come.
