"Starter Without Barriers. Summer Edition" is a three-day, free, field workshop for adults with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers. The project utilizes a new respite format – caregivers have the opportunity to regenerate and rest while also participating in activities. All activities are conducted with the support of qualified caregivers and assistants. Participants are provided with accommodation, meals, and necessary materials.
The workshop program includes a variety of activities tailored to the needs and abilities of participants. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their manual skills and creativity during art and craft workshops. Movement and relaxation workshops are also planned to support participants' physical fitness and well-being.
Participants will also participate in motivational meetings and educational workshops led by people with disabilities who, by sharing their experiences, inspire action and support personal development. The program also includes a plein-air painting session – outdoor activities will allow for creative expression and connection with nature. The workshops will culminate in an exhibition of works created during the trip.
"Starter Without Barriers. Summer Edition" is more than just a series of workshops—it's a space for creative encounters, the exchange of experiences, and collaborative action. The project empowers participants, supports their development, and provides real respite to those closest to them—the caregivers.

A key visual identity motif is the work of Adrian Bargiel, an Art.Brut. artist. He creates ceramics, primarily with figures of people and animals, and less frequently with landscapes. He is inspired by artists Edgar Degas, Joan Miró, and Marc Chagall. For works dedicated to their work, he won the main prize and two honorable mentions in the national "Look Through the Eyes of an Artist" competition organized by the Śródmieście Cultural Center in Wrocław. For works inspired by their work, he won the main prize and two honorable mentions in the national "Look Through the Eyes of an Artist" competition. He also received further honors in competitions commemorating the 100th anniversary of Wisława Szymborska's birth and in the National Art Competition organized by CEKDiM. He graduated from the Integration High School in Wrocław. The artist particularly values the freedom offered by riding a bicycle: a blue one with a basket on the back. He says, "A bicycle is independence – I choose my own route and can change direction at any time." He plans to travel to Jagodno to see the site of the famous polling booth line, where residents cast their votes until 3 a.m. in 2023. He's interested in destinations where something significant happened for the residents of Wrocław.
