Green is the color of birth, life, and health. It symbolizes plants, young shoots, herbs, and fresh leaves. These will be the main ingredients of our culinary workshop, which draws its grandeur from the feast from Wojciech Doroszuk's film "Festin." The workshop is a kind of improvisation, a culinary variation on the theme. The dominant flavor will be sweet, and the color – green.
Our green feast is a desire to use culinary art, its olfactory, flavorful and visual aspects, to create a multimedia work, a live culinary festival, a festival of good taste and smell.
The workshops will feature plant-based dishes, packed with vitamins and trace elements. Fresh herbs, microgreens, edible flowers, and common weeds will be present.
The Art Hotel in Wrocław – a place that combines history, art, and culture – is the honorary patron of the workshop. The Art Hotel engages in social and culinary initiatives and is a partner in numerous cultural events. It has been associated with Wrocław art for years, serving as a patron of numerous artistic initiatives.
Baziółka, a producer of herbs and microgreens, provided free support in the creation of the “Green Feast”.
