The 2019 Act on Ensuring Accessibility for People with Special Needs required institutions to develop programs to ensure accessibility for those excluded. These changes have determined cultural institutions to create inclusive events. This year's MWW project: "Starter without Barriers" aimed not only to offer specific activities but also to involve people with disabilities in actively developing the program. During the debate, we will address key issues related to accessibility and identify areas where adapted solutions are lacking. As an institution, we will be open to criticism and examine the results achieved, as well as the hopes and challenges that lie ahead.
Together with a psychotherapist from the Day Centre for Psychiatry and Speech Disorders for Children and Youth, a manager and a visually impaired person from the Szansa – Jestem Razem Foundation, and the manager of the Bonitum Community Self-Help Home for People with Intellectual Disabilities, we will consider how many events in Wrocław are still inaccessible and whether there are areas where there is an overabundance of certain initiatives.
The debate will be translated into PJM.

The Starter without barriers project was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund – a state special-purpose fund.
