Each of our cells contains mitochondria, which act as tiny power plants, converting nutrients into ATP (adenosine triphosphate)—the body's main energy source. To improve their performance, we need deep physical and mental regeneration. Sleep provides the former. The latter: nervous system regeneration—which you will experience during the breathing session. Through mindfulness training and focusing on heart rhythm, we will connect with our own bodies. The event will take place in the space of Marco Angelini's exhibition "Art. Energy. Sustainability," which comprehensively explores energy: homo faber, elemental energy, its acquisition, and its impact on the environment. Through exposure to the artist's energetic works, we will experience a new perspective on internal energy.
